The good people of Nescafe International emailed me to verify that the Frappe is indeed gluten free. I can't even imagine the horror that would ensue in this household if it weren't.
Keep in mind that the American version of Nescafe is not the same coffee. You must buy the Greek Nescafe Frappe. I promise it will make you happy. To demonstrate how to make the iced version, here's my Greek crack dealer Peter Siaggas to get you folks at home addicted as well.
Now that I'm properly caffeinated, I'm off to make this Chocolate Torte as my contribution to Adopt a Gluten-Free Blogger.

OMG! that video is hilarious.
did you mention this to me today? i need to try it. will it taste ok without the sugar? keep in mind that i normally don't like sugar in my coffee, even iced. also, i wonder if i could go a little more milk instead of water? seems like it would be tastier (and fattier) if it were creamier. i am going to give it a try. although i think i will try halvsies first. (half decaf/reg) i am not a HUGE fan on the caffeine buzz really. a little one is ok though. i'll let you know!
I only use 1 tsp of sugar, and eventually I will try stevia since that's what I use in regular coffee and tea. This caffeine buzz isn't a buzz, it's an alertness that lasts all day long. I love it!
ok. i think i will try agave. and i forgot to look for it today at WF so i will look tomorrow, otherwise i may have to order online.
way too much foam (afro)! try making it with less foam in the shaker and then instead of just pouring water in, splash it around on the left over foam in the shaker so you dont waste any precious caffeine!!
